      <image:title>About - Sourcing Premium Oysters</image:title>
<image:caption>Most years we will sell out of everything we can grow on the Estuary here at Porthilly. The recent addition of a new bio-secure depuration unit means that we can now source Premium Oysters from elsewhere across Europe. This exciting addition allows us to keep a year round supply of quality Oysters that are coming from the right environments at the right time of year.</image:caption>

The British Oyster Championship attempts to seek out the best Pacific and Native Oysters in Britain, based upon blind taste tests by a panel of expert judges.
